WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Anything that is NOT personalised may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to book a return. Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receipt with us providing it in in the same condition it was sold in.
Unfortunately, we regret that we cannot accept exchanges or returns on items that are personalised in anyway. To establish if your item is deemed "personalised" if you entered any text into a box on the product page when ordering, this is personalised.
If your item arrives with a flaw or incorrection personalisation please contact us immediately to allow us to remedy the situation.
HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING TIME?
As all items, even those not personalised, are made to order the current processing time for all orders is upto 7 business days. If you're in need of something urgently however, please do get in touch and we may be able to meet your needs in less busy times.
