Changed your mind?
We have a 30-day return policy for NON PERSONALISED ITEMS, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase. Only the purchaser may return goods, so if you are the recipient of the gift, please ask the purchaser to initiate the return.

Customer is responsible for covering the cost of returns. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage.
On arrival of goods at our end, we will check it complies with the above mentioned criteria. If it does, a full refund of price paid for item including original postage charge will be refunded within 7 business days. If you chose the "rush my order" method the amount refunded will be the value of the postage method used - not the rush fee.
If it doesn't meet the above criteria we will be in touch to discuss the next steps and any fees that need to be deducted from the refund if the resale of the product is affected.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at storksandrainbows@outlook.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If you purchased a PERSONALISED ITEM, your purchase is exempt from the above policy. We cannot accept returns of personalised items unless faulty or not as described.
